Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

This review would be five stars if I didn’t have such a long wait. Otherwise the staff here is friendly and honest. I was prepared for needing a new tire (or four!) and all they recommended was a $25 patch. I appreciate this level of honesty and service.

We love that they got us in right away once we called about fixing our tire which we discovered had a slow leak from a nail puncture. We probably should’ve done this as a drop-off vs. waiting for it as it took longer than estimated. They did have to replace the tire so everything turned out great!

UPDATE: HOW ARE THEY STILL OPEN? They not only did not my fix my tire in a week and a half BUT they STOLEEEE from me. Have not heard a word from corporate. I drive past here for work every day and still see them open. HOW ?!?!? DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took my truck here last week with a flat tire. Was told they would fix it . I was going on vacation so they had a week to get it done. Got here this morning and still had a flat. Sign on the door saying they don't provide services. The technician refused to help me. Would not even put air in my tire so I could take it somewhere else because they don't have a mobile compressor. lol as a tire place??? I got in my truck and Money is missing and my prescription is missing as well I hope they go out of business. DO

Stellar Service, Communication, and Pricing - my truck needed new tires, new break pads, had a busted CV Axle, damaged rotors, and a rusted snub shaft. Staff was very slow and fairly unprofessional. When I first arrived (right when they first opened), there were two guys there. Took the one guy forever to finally check me in. I was going to wait there while the work was performed, but it was taking them forever to get started, so I left to get a bite to eat. I tried to call to get an update and the lady who answered hung up on me twice. She was barely intelligible. She finally forwarded me to the actual shop and I was able to convey that I wanted them to replace two tires and perform an oil change. Upon completion of the work, they failed to reset my car’s maintenance indicator and they installed tires that were new, but absolutely filthy.
