Cody was great! He worked me into the schedule last minute as they had some no shows that day. He educated me on the oil types, was very knowledgeable as well as being personable and fun to joke with. He used a coupon they had on online which brought the price down significantly. The oil change was completed quickly and I was notified right away. Thanks so much for such a great experience!

Great place to go for all types of service. Brought some tires in to get mounted and balanced, Blake and the guys had them done that day. 10/10 from start to finish. Can’t recommend them enough!

Went in for an oil change. The very next day my wiper fluid light comes on. Called up the store and asked if they top it off with oil changes. Blake from the store said yes. I explained I was there the day before and they didn't check mine. His response, "Just come back if you want free wiper fluid. It's not that big of deal." There's a lot to unpack here, but my main concern is the unwarranted rude reaponse and the lack of follow-up from management. It's obviously not about it being free (I even tipped the guys $15 cash at checkout. Not a lot but to show my appreciation during the holidays. It's a coffee at least). The main issue is the inconvenience of it all. And I also worry, what else did they fail to do. I've been coming to this location for years. I bought my current set of tires

Gave Tires Plus another chance at this location and the first purchase went well. The 2nd time around it turns out there just another rip off tire shop. I bought a set of four 80,000mi tires and I only got 6,000mi on the front set. I stopped back one afternoon taller guy with a beard (didn’t catch his name) had the techs check the alignment and it was so far out they couldn’t get an accurate reading. He looked in the computer and said “Huh… we must have missed it”. He went out onto the shop floor and when he came back, someone back there blamed it on the air ride struts. They said they couldn’t repair the struts there but “have the dealer or another shop replace them, and we’ll get you taken care of and get those tires replaced.” I took it to my mechanic, they looked everything over and sa
