Was in Oakridge in my company vehicle and needed to tow the vehicle to Klamath Falls as I had a parked brake fault error on my dashboard and the vehicle wouldn't move. After Fleet Response assigned a different company twice and then have them decline twice. After waiting for 4 hours with fleet response I was able to get in touch with my manager and they set me up with T & M towing. They came out promptly and got me all taken care of. They were very professional and would highly recommend them.

The absolute worst service you could imagine. Stuck on the side of the road on Highway 26 and placed the call at 6:15 PM I was told the longest it would take to reach me was 105 minutes so, 8 PM at the latest. I wasn't happy but I figured that's rush-hour. I received text updates on the arrival time which continued to push the arrival time out farther and farther and that the arrival time was now going to be 9:20 PM more than three hours after I placed the call. At 8 PM I called to complain about this and I was told it would be another 30 minutes. At 8:40 I called to ask why that arrival time had not been met and I was told it would be another 20 minutes. When I asked why I was told it would be 30 minutes when it was really 60 minutes she told me she would have the driver call me. That did

T&M Towing sold me a fifth wheel and did not provide the title. Apparently it was an impound situation. I was told all I needed to get the title was a bill of sale. DMV tells me I needed the 'Possessory lien' from T&M. After several phone calls to the salesperson and the owner, they stopped returning my calls and have not provided me the necessary document so I can obtain a title. The salesperson no longer works there (according to him). DMV agent agreed that they most likely did not have legal possession of the fifth wheel; otherwise, they should have the documentation to support that they obtained the RV via an abandoned vehicle process. I have reported this to the BBB of Oregon.

Very unhelpful and unprofessional. He refused to put my spare on because he was unfamiliar with it. Then he offered his "buddy's" tow services for minimum $150 for 13 miles when my original call was through my insurances roadside assistance. I got the tow free elsewhere.

So I had my motorcycle towed from a mile away from there shop immediately told me thought it would be $1,144 that day to get it out + the county fee of $125 and 70 each day. I am recentley homeless and tryinbto find work and now my last mode of transpo has been jacked bye this tow outfit that's outrageous fee for a motorcycle and a 2 mile round trip so I went In 2 days later to get a detailed bill and all the sudden it was $1, 001 and had already incurred 2 $70 charges very odd that it suddenly lost that much money off of the initial tow which also would have been $200 last week because they would not have had any DMV fee so they lied to me from the get these people are running scams and are crooks I plan on seeking legal representation and plan on getting my sue on.
