Top Notch Auto Repair

What a rip off. Will never take another vehicle to this guy. All he did was change 4 spark plugs, and charged me 250$. Was told I got a tuneup. That was last week. It’s back in the shop this week getting the spark plug wires changed because they are falling apart.

Came in early this morning with an urgent alternator issue while traveling through the area and the service was very quick and they even let us bring our dogs into the waiting room while they fixed our car! Very friendly and helpful people! Would recommend!

Top Notch is so good I want to update my review, nothing has changed , but I like to update my reviews so they will be near the top of the review. 2026 and top notch is still great. I am still going to TopNotch and still find them to be wonderful. He takes good care of my car fixes what's needed and I think he is the most honest car man I have ever met! I always feel I am treated well there. This is my second car I have been taking there and am so thankful for them. Top notch auto repair shop in Marion IL their customer service and attitude is very bad. I wouldn't recommend top notch auto service in Marion IL, because they are very disrespectful when I was speaking to the worker on the phone he loud and unprofessional very disrespectful!
