Helped me with finding parts that are on backorder, and Jesse has been great - no cold calls, and if I need help with anything, he's available to answer any questions.
Unsolicited phone calls that do not stop. I've asked numerous times to please remove from your call list and you do not. If I need you, I will certainly call you. Wouldn't do business with you just based on how the reps are that call us. Please stop calling us. Thank you.
Was in the shop this afternoon and heard a employee there. He was Screaming profanities at someone over the phone and calling them a "retard". Extremely unprofessional work place and whoever was on the other side of the phone I feel sorry for. I will NEVER go back here again. 5 + years of my business and that's what's happening behind the scenes WOW
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Will not stop calling our shop no matter how many times we ask them to stop calling. Very unproffesional.
