After buying my Prius from Colonial Toyota in the spring, I arrived to my complimentary 5,000 mile service appointment to be told I'd have to wait three hours. I explained to the service manager that I hadn't planned on waiting three hours for an oil change. She sarcastically asked if she should put my car ahead of all the others. Apparently Colonial Toyota can't schedule appointments to match the staff on hand and then mocks its customers for not expecting a three-hour oil change. I emailed Colonial Toyota about my experience later that night and received an immediate reply by text pledging to look into the issue and get back in touch. I followed up several times and every time they said they would call me. I never heard back.

Service department is terrible, they don't answer the phone.... EVER. Always goes to voicemail, every single time. They wouldn't patch a flat tire that of course isnt covered under the 100,000mile warranty package. I had it plugged elsewhere (before I could get an appointment) and asked them to remove that and properly patch it from inside, they wouldn't do that because they want you to buy a new tire. Left after service with my PSI at 50 in each tire... when it should be 30. Called and asked why they they were even filled that high and they told me my sensors were probably not working (checked and released the air myself, they were most definitely overfilled) and marked incorrectly on there "certified service" sheet. Told me the plug was fine and not losing air. Next morning my tire was

Top notch service I bought my car in for service today and instead of waiting at the shop for hours I was told that there’s a Lyft driver waiting for me outside to drop me home I was speechless then to top that off I received via text a full video of my car mounted in the air with a service tech Christian going over all the stuff that was attended to along with closeup visual explaining all the service that needed to be done and what was already done and wasn’t necessary to get done at this appointment. Absolutely stunning I’ve never experienced this before Toyota has set the bar of expectation very high for me, I’m certainly lookin forward for my next service date knowing that my car will always be in good hands.

I had a terrible experience at this Toyota service center. I paid over $4,000 to get my actuator replaced, and when I picked up the car, none of the dashboard lights were working and the car would not power off. I brought it right back, and instead of owning up to the issue, they told me it was a completely different $1,000+ problem. On top of that, they broke my AC vents during the repair and never replaced or acknowledged it, even after I pointed it out. My airbag light came on and fuel gauge stopped working shortly after, and I ended up taking the car to a different shop. Turns out, the issues were simply from Toyota’s sloppy work. For how much I spent, I expected quality work, transparency, and at the very least, basic accountability. Instead, I got poor communication, zero responsi

Schedule what I thought was an oil change, but told a tire rotation. Fine, but 2 hours? Get there for my appt and my tech rep(?) is on break and I was expected to sit there and wait for him to come off break?? I had to ask for someone to assist .e
