Trackside Auto Repair

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE…. I hate to slam a local owned business but after having to take my car to another shop and pay for the same repairs for the same parts on my car twice i have no problem in saying go somewhere else. They kept my car for 8 months multiple thousands of dollars and when i get my car back i end up towing it to another shop in town boom one week fixed and had to pay again for the same parts and repairs… pretty sad shop they don’t know what they not know what they are doing here period….

DONT TRUST THIS SHOP,RICK HAS NO INTEGRITY !! FIXED MY TRUCK AND 1 WEEK AND 3DAYS LATER WHAT THEY FIXED WHENT OUT AGAIN ,NOW TELLING ME ITS SOMETHING ELSE WRONG, WONT GUVE BACK MY MONEY AND IS JUST A MEAN RUDE PERSON WITH ZERO INTEGRITY !! SEEMS LIKE THEY JUST GUESS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND CHARGED ME THOUSENDS OF DOLLARS AND THEN TREAT ME LIKE CRAP.

I would definitely recommend this place. They were able to get me in a lot sooner than any other shop around me and got my car fixed in hours. It's been several weeks since they've worked on my car and it's still running great.

I meant to write this awhile ago. Best service I've ever had at any repair shop. I had been chasing an issue for months before I finally gave up when my car went into limp mode. The problems were all caused by a single part that I didn't have the equipment to diagnose. My car eventually threw a transmission code and had fuel issues among other things. All caused by 1 part. These guys could have taken advantage of this and charged me for things that weren't wrong like other shops can and have tried to do before to myself and other people. But they didn't. Rick and his team are honest and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this shop for anything that you have issues with. Big or small, electronic or mechanical.

Rick was amazingly helpful in his attention to my vehicle. I have recommended this service to all. I’ll be baaaaack. (As needed). If you own any type of vehicle, in particular, a Volvo, do yourself a favor and have your repairs done at Trackside Auto. Rick and his team of mechanics have serviced my 2002 S60 with care and reasonable pricing. Plus. The shop is amazing! A veritable treasure trove of Volvo memorabilia! Look around the yard and marvel. Inside, you’ll find incredible art of the 1960s, not to mention the ever present and brilliant Rick. His knowledge of these beautiful cars is beyond the pale. He will stand up for you and provide pricing that suits your needs. I could not be happier with a Eugene engine repair service for my own vehicle. This expertise is few and far between.
