Tsunami Express Car Wash

Back of car not getting washed. On the unlimited $39.99/mo membership. After a few washes noticed my wheel wells, back window, around the license plate and back emblem of car not getting washed. When inside the car wash, can visually see the spinning brushes and long slapping sponges do not touch the back of my car. Spoke with 2 attendants. One attendant said they will keep an eye on it. Other said they have someone coming out to recaliber the machine. Attached pictures after going thru wash a second time on same visit. I cancelled my membership.

Visited Tsunami on October 16, usually go to the establishment on Willow Creek! Never had issues at that one, but this new one was giving free washes and as a customer with this company, I stopped by only to have a bad experience. Going through the car wash there equipment malfunctioned 4 times with losing power and literally just sitting there until the equipment started back up, on exiting they lost power a 5 time and the attendant motioned me to just leave. When arriving home just 5 mins away. Unloaded the trunk with groceries and noticed all the damage, returned back to file a complaint with Noah! Waited a week and finally received a message saying they were not responsible and would not repair my car with the damage from their machines and equipment.This is very disappointing and very

This will definitely be my new home. It’s convenient to my house, and the staff is way friendlier here than at the Willowcreek location. I would rather go to an establishment where I know people care about their job than go to one where they look miserable. At least I know my car is taken care of with that special care from the staff. I spoke with their manager, and he seems very knowledgeable and friendly as well good work to the company on this location.

What happened?!?! I was very skeptical about signing up for this tsunami. As the other one gives horrible service to the vehicle. I started my membership up when they opened. And everything was perfect, including the rap. Retract that I asked for now come two weeks ago. They supposedly got a new system, and everything has been wrong. The type of wash half the brush is not working right now. I went through and the top brush didn't work. And it didn't rinse off the car at all. Come on, tsunami, you can do way better than this.

In and out, got to love a clean shine. Unlimited package deal is the only way to go, single wash is way too expensive.
