$10 wash (no extras) didn't even get my windows clean. The windshield and hatch windows were both quite dirty/dusty outside of my wipers' sweep. After the wash, that dirt was still there and looked like it hadn't even been touched, though I watched the water and cleaning agents hitting it. Very disappointed.
I get my car washed here just about every week. My biggest complaint is the dryers don't dry well enough. This week was strange. The $12 service I pay for is now $12.36. I don't get it. A hidden increase to make more more money? Not much, I get it, but still? Plus no TELEPHONE number to ask why.
Swipe my card it said $2 on the machine and charged me 10
