Tweety's Automart Rentals

The lady you rent the vehicle from had horrible customer service, she's the rudest person I've ever met. I would give zero stars if I could. I had a whole list of things to write but it would be too long and take too long.. I would advise nobody to shop with them. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

The car was dirty, smelled bad and had to be cleaned out after renting. There were roaches coming out of every crevasse of the van. The door of the van also did not want to latch making it almost unsafe to drive. You can see where the roaches had been there previously before renting.

These people are poor examples or a good rental car company give you lemons to drive them try to scam you by saying you damaged the car when it was already damaged when you rented it they also try to keep your deposit by lying to keep your money don't trust them the window was broken front end was hanging off gas cover was also damaged I couldn't even put gas in it without help from a man at my job had to get him to help or I would have been on side of the road an awful experience don't rent from this company

. We bought a car from them a little under a year ago. Honestly we’ve had terrible luck with the car. We’re still paying it off but in the year of having it, it’s been sitting at the shop for maybe 6-7 of those months total. We got the engine replaced and still had issues with it. A few days ago it completely died on me at Walmart and it wouldn’t start. We’ve already replaced 2 alternators. It’s now at the shop to see if we can figure out what’s going on. I understand we bought the car as is, but man, I remember when we were driving up to sign the papers, a few cars in front of us had died, and now thinking back it must’ve been the car we bought and it died when THE OWNER WAS driving it. I wish he would have just told us it had died on the way up cause we wouldn’t be in an AWFUL financial

I wanted to write a review after reading all the negative reviews It made me sad. I can NOT relate to any negativity when it comes to Tweetys. They have always been good to me. From the moment I met them. I've been renting from them for over 5 years. These people are always respectful to me. I am Very thankful for Tweetys. Thanks guys I would recommend anyone to this place. Don't always believe what you read. God bless you all
