Service was fast the Lady was really kind and helpful, even nice enough to let me use padding for free. The truck was clean and easy to handle so I wasn't nervous about it handling like a 5th wheeler. We saved time and money even though there is a UHAUL less then mile away from where I'm moving out of..well worth it!

Twice they canceled my rental. I couldn't get a car at all so had to settle for a bulky truck just so I coud get to work!! Third time the manager only had a work truck that they used themselves. When I went to pick it up the manager acted all angry because I was renting ut!! She stared "Well you're renting that so what an I supposed to use?" She's crazy!! Risky unprofessional abs needs to be fired!!

Went back and forth thrice with a disrespectful clerk, who proceeded to raise her voice to my mother, who said when asked who the name of her manager as well as her name, she flat out refused, and said, "I am not telling you my name or my manager's name, I don't have to wait on you or anyone else." She was also sick and neglected to wash her hands after cleaning the lower half of her face with her hand, as well as the entire rest of the arm. She also tried to charge us double and issued us an ultimatum, that she carried out, which as a result wasted 2 hours of our time, and at the time of this review, resulted in all other respectable U-haul location being closed. She had grey hair that was dyed red, and I will most certainly be contacting U-haul about this behaviour, too bad there isnt a

This place was great. I was able to get reservation on a 9' Cargo Van. It had a full tank of gas and just had 6,000 miles. It still had the new car scent. I was able to get in and out with no issues. I would go back and rent here again when the need arises.

Worst experience of my life. I will never use U-Haul again and definitely not this horrible establishment. First of all, the employee, Jodie, was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. I had no other choice but to use them because I was just side swiped and was unable to pick my reserved uhaul up. Everything else was already closed. The u-haul was a mess but I was going to over look it. We completed the move, straightened up the uhaul, returned it to half a tank, and drove half a mile to this business. Upon returning the uhaul, Jodie was again extremely rude. She claimed I didn’t put enough gas in it. I doubt driving half a mile dropped it under half a tank and then said it was a mess. I told her I actually retuned it better than when I picked it up. She charged me an extra
