Responsive, fair, honest and nice. highly recommend Ultimate Autowerks. They have done a couple of repairs on my older model (2007) BMW and those repairs were done perfectly.

I go here exclusively in lieu of going to a BMW Franchise Dealer Service Department. This is a local shop owned and operated by fantastic guys and Debbie is great also! They know me and treat me well. As of this review, I went in because I got a "right brake malfunction" error code on my 13 X6 xDrive50i. I replaced the brake lights myself using help from the YouTube and still got the error. I made an appointment and let Debbie know the issue and was going to wait. I arrived this morning, a bit late, and was out in 20 minutes. Was told it wasn't the LED lamps I put in, I thought there may not be enough resistance, it was another bulb. Cost $0. My husband drove the BMW out of the garage, it was running funny to him. He called Ultimate Autowerks BMW Service. He was told to come in by 1:00pm. My BMW was serviced, repaired and at cost efficient before the close of the business day. We've had our 2010 car serviced here at Ultimate Autowerks BMW Service since its original warranty expired. We have aways experience excellent professional service all around. They have our highest recommendation.

So happy I found this shop. I'm tired of being burned getting service on my BMWs. These guys are honest, and have great prices. I did a lot of comparison shopping, and these guys are the best.
