Ultimate Shine Car Wash

Closed randomly for any reason. When cancelling subscription, advised that they can close every day if they want, and you will have to pay for the month per their contract, like it or not. Beware of services, this is a dishonest business. There is an automated car wash in the center of town that does not close for these reasons. Always been opened for the past month I’ve used it. Better hours, better price and better wash. Don’t waste your money on these flashing lights. (When you can actually see them if they are opened) Update to reply, Obviously a PR firm reply. More dishonesty. You have been directly contacted and now contacted by the better business bureau. Waiting for your reply.

Cheap car wash with bundle, poor customer service. Rarely have air freshners and they dont guide you onto the rail and tell you to keep pulling foward then your scrape your rims. Thats my biggest complaint.

Jason Woolley went above and beyond with the exceptional customer service he provided tonight. He was patient and took his time explaining all the different plans and special offers even right before closing time. He never rushed me and made sure my car came out spotless. Very impressed with the service he provided and how great my car looks and smells tonight. The vacuums have way better suction than the other competitors and it’s nice having the extra free cleaning supplies and the complimentary air freshener too! It was great to see someone so passionate about their job and take pride in what they do. GREAT Employees and hard workers are rare these days, and HE did not go unnoticed in my book! Thanks Jason! I'm always a little skeptical about any car wash but was pleasantly surprised with how clean my car was after going through this one. I had just returned from a trip and my windshield was covered in bugs. I had tried using my windshield washer a few times, but the mess was never really cleaned off. I drove out of this car wash with not a bug left. The car appears clean and shiny and I did not feel any residue left on the body. Love the fact that the vacuums are included as well as glass cleaner for the interior and microfiber towels to wipe of any remaining drops of water. Plus they are having a special now of $9.95 for the first month if you purchase an unlimited plan. Kierra was very helpful explaining how the unlimited plans work.
