If possible, I would give more ⭐️! We came unannounced just a fiew minutes before they closed with a problem with our RV. We really were in trouble. The guys there were so friendly and helpful. They really saved our holiday! We can’t thank you enough 🙏! The Germans with the RV❤️

Fast shipping, and decent customer service but they go against what the manufacturer says about fixing run-flat tires, don't do it. They should let you know if the tire is repaired before buying it. They do have a "blanket" statement about the possibility of a tire being repaired but it doesn't say they go against the manufacturer's recommendation. THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE RISK.

Sent me wrong tire model requesting several pictures to prove my case and a lot of back and forth to prove what I said about receiving the wrong item . Then to say I have to send tire back and then wait to Receive a replacement who knows how many more days that would be. I am the customer and I am the one being inconvenienced.

They were so nice and explained everything. I had never used them before and I would highly recommend them!

Back in September my car broke down 1500 miles away from home. We took a chance on a random towing company and got incredibly lucky. These guys were so great and made a stressful situation a better experience. They were fast, helpful, and gave good conversation while waiting for my car to be fixed. We would not have made it back home without United Tire. Would recommend again and again. Thanks Dave & team!
