Valparaiso Car Wash

Absolute worst! Was in a cash bag and just got done brushing with soap, my 2 mins was almost up and added quarters but it did NOT increase my time. So time ended and tried to restart and lost another $2 in coins. Machine would not register the coins nor anyway to refund the money. Lost all but $1.75 in quarters which wasn’t enough to start a machine in a different bay. Had to go and wait in line to use the credit card bay. While I waited of course all the soap dried up. It was finally my turn and I began to complete my wash but I was getting soaked because the pipe above was leaking and spraying EVERYWHERE! So of course not very much pressure was coming out of the gun to get the dried soap scum off my truck. I have videos. What a terrible place! Of course there’s no option to get ahold of

Do NOT use this car wash. This car wash WILL make your car dirtier than when you arrived. Most of the equipment is broken and does not operate correctly. The vacuums have no suction, they will not even pick up a grain of sand. The power washer left my car dirtier than when I arrived, even after using the spot-free rinse. You will not get your money back if you use this car wash!

This place is slightly better than leaving your car in the rain. The pressure washer doesn’t work. The equipment is old and it does NOT have a credit card option that many places do. I have a work van than doesn’t fit in conventional car washes and have to use self serve car washes. FIRST AND LAST…..

Can’t get a hold of anyone. The car wash didn’t work but took payment from my card.

Worst car wash. Vacuum ripped me off. Wash barely put out soap. Foam brush didn't work at all. No one on site to resolve any issues. Will not come here again.
