Valparaiso Super Wash

Facility kept clean.I would have given it 5 stars, but the machine ate my money twice.And I called the number on the door to let them know to get my money back , and never received a call back.

I purchased the ten dollar automatic wash; upon entering the wash station, it is obvious that this location is run down and poorly maintained. After the undercarriage rinse, the program malfunctioned, and no wash was given. There is no personnel on site, nobody answers the phone, and there is no option to leave a message. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

On Manual wash when you use a card you have to swipe your card again to add more time as opposed to some you just press a button to add time. It takes a good 10-15 seconds each time you swipe. Automatic would be good if it had a dryer but at least it is touchless.

Pretty good car wash, has two auto-wash bays and three self-wash bays. Pricing seems on par with similar car washes. Used the auto wash, car came out clean. Knocked a star off as there is no air dryer after wash.

Was a little leary not doing the Dyer bay..but very satisfied with the spot free option
