So, I was in Valpo with my family, and was looking for a bike shop to see if they had a bike trainer. Oddly enough, this was a google map recommendation. I saw they were a FELT bike dealer. Beautiful inventory of FELT bikes, you should go! I went in to the shop on a whim to see if they had a bike trainer. Which, oddly enough they did. I bought the trainer. I got it home, and noticed the bike I wanted to use was the wrong size. Also looked up some other things and realized, I might have paid too much. I emailed Dustin about my experience, we talked on the phone yesterday afternoon, I expressed my feelings, and talked about a deal on the FELT green VR40. I am very impressed with the customer service at B&E Recreation. I had an issue with a dirt bike tire and needed it for the next day. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My issue was resolved with in an hour. I highly recommend the service department and or if your looking to buy a new ride!

I had very great customer service here when buying my son a moped, helmet, and gloves! I was directed properly on the size needed for the helmet for safety and proper gloves. I felt very comfortable with my purchase and felt that I actually got a great deal!! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment I purchased.
