Valvoline Express Care

Absolutely horrible experience. I pull up, no one appears to be inside despite "open" light on. It's 3:30PM on a Monday. I sit there a solid 10 minutes and no one can be seen inside, then I call the store. A guy answers and says "yeah, we see you we'll be out in a minute". 3 or 4 minutes later 2 guys appear from a back room. They spend well over half an hour on the oil change and apparently my car has a skid plate that has to be removed. They do the oil change, and then they wrench on it endlessly making a ton of noise, and when I finally get out of my car to ask what the heck is going on, they say they can't get the skid plate reattached. Alright look— I rolled up to Valvoline way past due for an oil change (don’t judge me 😅). I was greeted first by Dave, who told me to pull up to the bay and honk—LOL, so I did. Then Say and James came out from cleaning or doing whatever employees do while waiting for the next customer. All three of them worked together with awesome camaraderie to get my oil change, cabin air filter, and even my windshield cleaned—fast and efficiently! Each one knew exactly what to do and executed it perfectly. Kind, knowledgeable, and quick service. Highly recommend this team!

The customer service is great here. They do all in front of you. Make sure your tires are good, wiper, filter and ever thing. I always come back to them for all my oil.

Did oil change in November of ‘25- asked for military discount before they started and manager acknowledged. At check out he said “I forgot discount- I’ll get you next time!” Today- had to go to Valvoline on Staples Mill because my filter was “finger tight” and I was leaking oil. The no discount is one thing- but bad work cost me another full synthetic change. Never again I’ll drive to Staples Mill for good service.
