Went in and requested a Synthetic blend oil change listed at $64.99. Lady at counter said it would be $98? She said they made a mistake and gave me full synthetic but I could have $10 off. I insisted on paying only for what I requested. New amount was $78, which still seemed high. I asked to see the receipt, instead of printing it out, the woman picked up the monitor and tried to show me. Frustrated, I paid the amount who’s was charged at 77.99 with $15 removed. I got my receipt and noticed I was charged $4.50 extra for synthetic, $3.50 for an environmental fee and $1.00 for a “special filter.” Unauthorized added charges. Just post the full fee. I won’t be back.

Went here for years but no longer. I pulled into the parking lot at 4:22 (checked because had this issue earlier) for an inspection. Parking lot was totally empty, one car was in a bay and 3 or 4 service techs were standing around talking. I was told it was too late (though sign says they close at 5:00). We don't take cars after 4:30 and I replied it wasn't 4:30 yet. If you close at 4:30, put that on the damn sign.

Second time in one week, 2 different vehicles that we have been rest assured that the reminder sticker AND the reset reminder was set @ 6000 miles. Can I say it.was.not. Neither car True story

Stopped today at 445pm to make appointment for oil change or inquire if one is needed since I’ll be in town for a week. Staff inside. But doors are locked. Won’t even think about returning. Well aware they close in 15 minutes. Ridiculous

Very quick to plug a tire. Can be a wait for oil change depending on the time.
