Fantastic Service at Valvoline in Burlington I recently took my Ford Transit 350 over to the Valvoline in Burlington for an oil change, and I have to say, it was a top-notch experience. James, one of the team members there, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, making everything feel super easy and transparent. I've been to Jiffy Lube before, and honestly, Valvoline really feels like a step ahead. The service here just has that extra level of professionalism and care. Definitely a five-star experience and I’ll be coming back for sure!

The mechanics at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Cambridge Rd in Burlington are kind, informed, thorough, and thoughtful. Richard knows me and my car despite not living in the area for long. I trust him to tell me what's what and he treats me and my car with dignity, no matter how we show up.

They were very efficient! I got my oil changed and rear differential changed in about ten minutes. They were very vigilant and filled my windshield fluid, tires etc. and very pleasant to be around. The price is a bit high, but the service was worth it.

The station was immaculately clean. The staff worked like a “well oiled machine” (lol). The personnel was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took me through all aspects of what was needed and how it was proceeding. Thank you Tristian, David & Jim (Burlington, MA location)
