Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Went in on a weekend was greeted by Romeo and he walked me through everything. Adam was another tech that explained what he was doing. The oil change was for my daughter’s car and I initially had gone in to check the location out. After receiving the exemplary service from Romeo and Adam I will have no problem sending her in in the future on her own. Great services provided and a great team!!! Please keep up the good work !! The gals at this Valvoline were awesome! They got my oil changed fast and efficiently, including a new engine filter. Best of all - they totally preserved and got my Subaru headlight changed when multiple other shops said they couldn’t do it. It was also really cool to see a shop with gals working here - detailed oriented, thoughtful and answered all my questions. I will definitely be getting my oil changed here from now on!

This place use to be great, but after this morning I won’t be returning with any of my family’s vehicles. As soon as I left after what I thought would be a simple oil change, I smelled burning oil in my cab. When I get out to take a look, I noticed they spilled oil on down the front of my engine and didn’t put the oil filter on tight enough. Spilling oil isn’t a big deal if they would have just told me.

Was kinda screwed over by jiffy lube, they almost pretty much totaled my car. This place has been my go to ever since. I have been so amazed by the service here the guys are always so friendly and know what they’re doing. They explain things and tell me what they are doing which I never ask for but always appreciate. I trust them!

I took my 2008 Jeep Commander overland in for an oil change. It felt like a spa day for my car. After having multiple terrible experiences with other quick oil change places over the years, I was blown away by the quality of service and the attention to detail that the team has. I can't wait till I need to get another oil change. 10/10 would recommend it was fast and easy and you get to stay in your car.
