Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I come here frequently for oil changes whenever the car needs one. The staff is always extremely friendly and not pushy like I've experienced at other quick change shops. They are always willing to have a chat or leave you alone if you're not up for talking. If you haven't been to one before they're great because you never have to get out of your car, just drive in and wait while they change your oil. If you're new to Valvoline always go online to check their coupons you can almost always find at least a $10 discount just on their website that they'll scan when you're ready to pay which makes their services alot more affordable. I also love how they always fill up your tires and fluids while you're there. It makes car maintenance alot easier.

Nice people working there but wildly incompetent. Came in and they said they didn’t have my filter which is fine but, after leaving and about five minutes down the road I smell oil. Pull over and yep…. Oil cap and dipstick are sitting right there. Leaked oil everywhere.

Avoid this place at all costs. They do poor work and management will not call you back. I had my oil changed at this location and they ran my oil plug in sideways and stripped it out. They claim they have cameras that show that didn’t happen but they wouldn’t show me the footage and they’re the only ones that changed oil on this truck. I had a third party mechanic repair it as oil was leaking out of my pan and valvoline wouldn’t call back. I brought the plug in and the manager said that was normal west and tear.

Brought my 2013 VW Jetta here on 3/6/26 for a standard oil change and new wiper blades. I hadn’t been to a Valvoline in a while and thought maybe they’d finally carry my oil so I went. Pulled in with a good working vehicle. Left with major clanking noises, that were loud and constant when going over 55mph; cost me $105 to fix. Thanks to this establishment!

Been going to Valvoline for the past 5 years now. They do good work, they’re thorough and quick.
