Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They made sure we got what we needed for our car but did not pressure us to do extra at this time that we were unable to afford. They took the time to explain everything to us . I will continue to go time and time again.

Had my oil changed at the Valvoline in Milford ct . I got home and was going to go back out , and there was oil that leaked under my truck. I checked the plug and filter both loose .

2 friendly men named Myles and Scott changed my oil today, and they did it with a smile! Got me in and out of there with plenty of time for me to get a turkey sub on my lunch break!! The men were very thorough, and ensured all my information was absolutely, most certainly, positively correct in their systems. Super happy I got to use their $16 oil change coupon too, thanks mom ;). The ceremonial goodbye from the whole staff as I exited the bay was a nice touch! The send off had me feeling like Columbus in 1492, just with slightly better navigation. See you soon for a tire rotation

Beware! This place will rip you off! Supplying my own oil they want to charge $60 for labor. I dont need it done that bad, thats double the industry standard. Service manager had an attitude that i backed out and left. I work too hard for my money to get ripped out. This was my first time and last time here. Looking at the other reviews on here it was probably a blessing in disguise.

The collaboration of the guys servicing my vehicle was great comrodity and fast service making sure they checked in with me throughout the entire process. The vibe was great. Definitely will return.
