Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I always go to this location for my oil changes. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Recently when I went, I thought a bracket was missing from sometime underneath the car, as I have had that happen getting an oil change elsewhere so I went in and they had no issue looking over my whole vehicle. My coolant was even low so they filled that for free. The one guy explained what the vibrations I thought were a loose shield might be and they made sure to check every spot. Every single person there is always friendly and that is also one of the main reasons I go there. I had a good experience with this Valvovine on Saturday 9/13/2025 at 11:57 AM. I appreciate John explaining to me the issues with my car that could be improved on while not being pushy on getting the services right then and there. John is the best Valvovine representative I have worked with, he did not make me feel incompetent, he was gentle and I got the service I wanted, an oil change. Shout out to Keith and Christian for being polite and getting a standard oil change done for me. I am not well versed in cars but I appreciate going to get service from staff such as these three gentleman who are not demeaning, and who are polite and gentle.

Had our oil changed at a different location and a couple days later get a low oil warning. Stopped in here and without any argument they went right to fixing a problem they didn't create. The manager stopped his lunch break to come over and go through everything to make sure it was done correctly. He even gave us a receipt of them fixing the issue in case we had any problems because of a completely different locations' lack of care and attention. I would give this place ten stars if I could. Above and beyond and truly appreciated.
