Awesome crew they accepted me at 6:47pm they close at 7pm there were very professional no hassle got me in there and changed my oil did there routine I'm a happy costumer

I called ahead, received a quote for an oil change and transmission flush, and was specifically directed to the Ridge Ave location in Washington, PA. When I arrived, they immediately began upselling, including an air filter. That part is expected. What followed was not. They claimed my coolant was only providing 25% protection based on their test tube sample. My radiator was replaced less than 3,000 miles ago. That claim alone severely damaged my confidence in their “diagnostics.” They then refused to perform a coolant service because the vehicle has a plastic service port. Employee that works down under is mad disrespectful. I feel bad for the other workers. They have a great attitude. I have been going to them for my service and always loved it but unfortunately I will not return now. He can definitely turn a good mood into one bad fast. If you dont agree to buy into what he trys to sell. Treating ppl disrespectful and making rude comments about everyone that basically comes there is uncalled for. I hope the rest of his day gets better because I wont let him ruin mine. Now I should take my vehicle somewhere to be checked because I dont trust him after hearing him say the things he said. And I bet if I was or had a man in my vehicle he wouldn't have tried any of that.......

Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable! My car suddenly said it was overheating so I pulled in here. Before they even opened, John & his coworker (so sorry I forget his name), hurried to help me diagnose the problem. They were so kind and quick to offer their services. I will definitely be back for my next oil change! Such nice guys.

Sam was pretty amazing! He did up-sell me, but that just adds to how good he was! The guys were fast and efficient and very customer friendly. I was offered things and given honest opinions on which I should wait on and which I should probably go ahead and purchase now. I have one happy car now! Thanks guys!
