Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I pulled into this Valvoline on my way to work after finally giving up on Take 5, fully expecting the usual runaround and “we’ll get to you when we get to you” attitude. Instead, Anthony at the counter greeted me like a regular, walked me through the options in plain English, and had me feeling taken care of in about thirty seconds. David and James on topside plus Christopher and Tucker in the pit ran that bay like a pit crew. Clear handoffs, clear communication, no pushy upsell, and they checked what needed checking without turning it into a sales pitch. The whole shop was spotless, the team looked squared away, and the work felt precise and intentional. Very impressed with the Valvoline Team (Anthony R, James W, Oscar S, Chris F and LeJames W) at Webster Store 0700171. Their knowledge, professionalism and customer service was outstanding. They all communicated well amongst each other, wearing their PPE, let me know the condition of the fluids and let me know what was recommended maintenance was needed for my vehicle. I found the new place I’m bringing ALL my vehicles to! Great Job!!

Great experience, staff was very professional and informative. Several people working on the vehicle at once made quick work, we were in and out in about 15 minutes. We will be back for the recommended services at a later date. No pressure, just information.

Anthony is the man. He’s passionate about everything. Very friendly and knows how to make someone feel comfortable or explain the services better. Just because of his personality and vibe I will go out of my way to come to this location even though I don’t even live remotely close. He’s the exact model everyone should look up to when it comes to customer service and just being overall happy. Definitely recommend. By the way they have the best windshield wipers and batterie prices better than Walmart etc..

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service my fiancé received at this Valvoline location. He went in for a routine oil change. The man working was named Caleb who was rude and unprofessional. From the moment we said we needed an oil change, Caleb seemed visibly annoyed and frustrated, almost like he didn't want to be there. It was clear that he wasn't happy about having to do his job, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. When we asked Caleb to also do a tire rotation, his response was nothing short of unprofessional. He sighed loudly and acted like it was an inconvenience to him. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially when you're paying for a service that you expect to be performed with respect and efficiency. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
