Great Service Great Customer Service from the minute I called the Staff was nothing but helpfull. The window broke on my car on a Thursday night called west herr auto glass Friday told them what happened and they said they would have to order the glass I asked if there was away to seal the opening and they had me come right in and they sealed the opening. Monday morning I dropped the car off and they had the window replaced quickly and professionally. I highly recommend West Herr Auto Glass. I will be using West Herr Auto Glass for all my glass needs. Lori, first and foremost was the most helpful towards me in this whole process, from dealing with the insurance company on this claim, throughout my whole customer service journey she was by my side the entire process. I will NOT be using anybody else for my vehicle repairs, installation or fixes or glass replacement. The install crew did a phenomenal job with reassembling my rear view mirror and brand new wipers. Probably the best auto repair experience I have ever had. Jonathan defines the standard in customer service - personable, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Replaced my sunroof in 20 minutes while I waited. Part was there 1 day after my call. Work was done professionally and to estimate. Truly a stress free experience. They know what they're doing.
