I can’t say enough, amazing good things about Chris and the experience I have had here. I bought a new used jeep in Rochester about 4 months ago and I needed to take it in a few times to get it serviced. Chris went above and beyond and communicated what needed to be done, and everything was done effectively and efficiently!! Chris is personable and always has a smile on his face the last 3 times I have gone in there! He truly is a great asset to this company!

My review is very late, however, I want recognize the great work by the service team on my Jeep Wrangler back in December. Chris, my Service manager, was very courteous and accommodating as always. I had a door harness that needed to be replaced. It was causing my power locks, on the driver side, not to function. I brought the Vehicle in first thing in the morning and mentioned to Chris that I had a time constraint later in the afternoon. He saw to it that the turnaround time was very speedy. I had the Jeep back at noon or shortly after. The service team did a great job and the issue resolved. Thanks again Chris and team!

Chris was excellent to work with. He got me in quickly, communicated clearly about the brake service, and had everything handled efficiently.
