Victory Auto Wash - Wilbraham

From Nate and Jose that were on site and super helpful the day I went, to the follow up from Cory in Management for a minor issue, Victory Auto Wash is top notch. A touchless wash that doesn’t scratch the finish and actually cares about the end product they deliver. I detail my own vehicles when possible, but won’t go anywhere else other than Victory Auto Wash if I can’t do it myself. Great people, great product, and they listen to their customers!

I was there a few days ago and my car was done being washed and the green light came on and the doors usually open right away, but this time it didn’t. I started honking my horn, cuz I knew there was a man there working. It took a few minutes for him to try to get the door open but was unable to , so he had me back out. If he hadn’t been there I would have called 911. I was on my lunch break from work as well. The man did tell me that there is no customer service staff that work there. Just an fyi for everyone.
