Told by a manager to arrive at 7am and they would work me in. I have been waiting almost 30 minutes and not a single person has shown up, except one technician who got in his car and left. Spoke to the customer service team and apparently not even the auto center manager showed up today, who was suppose to be here at 7am.
Great customer service!! The manager, Spencer, is so nice and helpful! I purchased a new set of Goodyear Reliant All Season tires and I am beyond happy with them. The previous tires were so loud that it almost feels like I am driving a brand new car. These tires are quiet and great!
It's 2pm on Saturday. They turn me away for my oil change saying they have no openings for today. The lube bay is empty and the technician was standing in the waiting room eating potato chips. I'm going to the Take 5 on Savannah Hwy now. The service there is always good.
This place SUCKS!!!! Buyer beware they cancel orders for no reason and hold your funds for a month!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY. Give you the run around and are HORRIBLE. Zero stars!!! Class action lawsuit should be created!!!!!!
Dona Hayward at the counter and Ralph Cooper the manager were both very accommodating and friendly. They made sure the experience there was a good one! I would recommend this facility. It was quick, friendly and efficient. Also good value for money! 👍
