Walmart Auto Care Center

We had our tires replaced at Walmart Auto Care center and overall had a good experience. I received plenty of service reminders through their automated system and they were expecting us when we arrived. Phil and Ken took very good care of us - and even showed us the tires before putting them on to make sure we were happy with them as we went with something much more aggressive from what we had. I thought that was very thoughtful - many places would not have bothered to do so. Service time was as expected - about an hour and they pulled our car in early. I would absolutely recommend the tire service here and won't hesitate to come back when I am due for my next set.

The Service Manager Scott got me in for an emergency tire repair, then informed me the service would be free because I'm a Walmart + member. All around great service, I will be back!

My tire kept going flat so I brought it in. They fixed it and I haven't had an issue since. It was months ago. They were kind and knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything. I did need new wiper blades which didn't cost much and they put them on for me. Thank you!

I got my car in the shop for electrical issues a week ago . They always do a full rundown inspection with service . When they looked at my oil they said FULL but a bit dirty. Fast forward a WEEK later , time for a oil change. I went to Walmart because I was in a rush. I get it changed, drive for a couple days hear like heat bubling . Look under the car three giant spots of oil. I show up to Walmart tell them too take a look at it they finally decided to look at it after throwing me through the ringer. Then they say everything looks good that THEY did. They said I must have a leak. My oil is full but what happend Is THEY DID SUCH A MESSY CHANGE THAT I HAVE OLD OIL LEAKING OUT OF MY ENGINE BAY . Was in Syracuse for the weekend to visit family, drove up from Long Island. Went for an oil change. Drove back to Long Island and noticed that my car was leaking oil, turns out Walmart failed to make sure the drain plug was secured on the oil pan, car was leaking the whole time from Syracuse to the drive back to Long Island. Very dangerous and very disappointed with the service.
