Walmart Auto Care Center

The staff that works here is great. The overall system isn't. Appointments don't work well, they often don't have parts and getting a walk in for a tire rotation is near impossible and it is a walk in service. Do yourself a favor and get your car serviced elsewhere.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES OR SERVICE HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS I had an appointment at 3:00 between 3:00 and 4:00 to get one tire. Not even a car. Just one tire on one rim that I brought in First thing I get there I pull up everything's good I sign everything. Get my tire dropped off right? I come back at 4:15 and my tire is still not done and the girl at the register comes out and says whoever it was signed me in tried to charge me for 16 tires After that I told her I said hey you know I've got to walk my daughter down senior walk at her last football game of the year and band. I've got to be there at 6:00. I need to get this done in quick. How long is it going to take for one tire It wasn't until 4:47. My tire was actually finally done and by this time I'm up at th

So apparently if you have an AWD you can't get TWO new tires put on, it has to be FOUR (?)!! Does that apply if you have a flat also? Thankfully, Brandon's Tire doesn't have this "policy." IF this is an actual thing, it's absolutely RIDICULOUS & definitely bad for business! (Yes, these were brand new Walmart tires)

Poorly managed and extremely slow. Ordered 3 different sets of tires in the past year, bad experiences on all three. One waited 3 hours and truck hadn't moved, took tires elsewhere to be installed. Second took 3 hours, third took 3 hours. All with scheduled appointments. Use them for the cheap tires and have them installed elsewhere.

The lady didn't want to see if the tires I needed could be shipped to the store and then acted as if the call dropped.. a one star rating is more than they deserve. Her tone when communicating on the phone was as if I was a bother to her and she preferred to just brush me and my questions to the side . This was at the Grand Blanc MI Walmart service center.. apparently her morning coffee is more important than selling tires.. my recommendation is find another place to shop for tires ..
