Lady who worked there for years was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Apparently is retired and new lady is not anything like previous one. Problem with tires leaking air as light goes on. Purchased tires there about 1 1/2 years ago. Had them rotated recently and requested they check my rims at that time but I asked if done and they said no. 2014 Honda and light continues to go on and this is likely problem. New lady said it could be due to the sensor. I realize cold weather could cause problem but it's ongoing all year. Since tires removed for rotation was good time to check rims for corrosion as salt in winter likely cause. Tired of this nonsense. Daughter got her tires replaced here. One of the tires went flat the next day so she when she went back they just filled the tire up. Then the following day it was flat again. She called and was told she had to make an appointment and the soonest she could get in was 2 days later. Worst place to go avoid them.

Awful experience here. First off, the lady that checks you in is rude, unfriendly, and off-putting. I was made aware that they were busy that day, but since I was there until 7pm I figured since I was dropping my vehicle off before 9am, that should be plenty of time. I was there to have a slow tire leak repaired. They had my car checked in and I received a text telling me that and then another telling me they had started service on my car. I didn't receive another text and got worried around 5pm. I went to go check and was told that the tire was unrepairable because it was too close to the sidewall. So, not only did nothing get done, but they had my car for 8 hours and didn't let me know that it couldn't be fixed. I took it to the Grandville Walmart a couple of days later, and they had it
