Walmart Auto Care Center

While the oil change price is decent. The service is not the best. I had my oil change done, told them that last time they didn’t put my engine splash shield on correctly and then they proceeded to not put it back on at all and so I had to get a new one! I will be learning to do my own oil changes from now on.

Had an appointment for 7am, got there at 6.50am doors didnt open until 7.10am. Checked in and was told it would take 1hour and 30mnts. Manager Hya Cinthe comes in after 7.30am amd starts yelling at the nice guy at the counter, but very loud and rude. Well firstable you're the one who's late. Was told hes the only one that has the key. I think walmart should look at the manger attitude (Hya Cinthe) if hes the only one with the key and hes not working Sunday maybe should habe left the key for who ever is working and not yell at your team in fron of costumers like that. After my car was brought in service was fast bit please look at the manager. I felt bad for the guy he was yelling at.

Pathetic and Unprofessional!! Pathetic customer service beginning from the front desk. Unprofessional behavior. I was here to get the TPMS sensors replaced for my car, they messed up the lug nut and bolt. When i asked them they refused to accept their fault and blamed it on the dealership from whom i took the car 2 years ago. Also they misplaced the hub cap of the car. Totally unprofessional and arrogant.

I bought two brand new tires here in February with 50,000 mile warranties on them. Less than 4000 miles later one of them has a huge bubble in it. So I called and explained what was going on and asked them to order me a new tire. I was told I’d have to come out of my own pocket and buy a brand new one again so I did and I made an appointment for to come and mount it. I just left my appointment because they refused to mount it. Why? Some lame excuse of a tire in the rear that had nothing to do with anything had lower treads and “the treads have to match“. Which no one has ever said before. They refused to put the brand new tire on and made me drive 30 miles back home with a giant bubble in my tire. DANGEROUS. So I had to leave work early, drive 30 miles up here, turn around and then drive 3

Called about the price of an oil change. Was put on hold for 14 minutes and asked the question, employee hung up on me. I will be going elsewhere, do better Walmart.
