Walmart Auto Care Center

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We called to make an appointment a week ago. before we could even check in they told us they were running behind. Every worker acted like it was their first day living ever. i had to lead the conversation with a grown man who was just replying “ok.” They told us all they could do was put us as a walk in. I asked how long that would take and all they said was “i dont know.” I had to force any kind of response out of them. Don’t get your car serviced here unless you want to gentle parent a bunch of grown adults who don’t know how to have basic human conversations or provide the most basic form of customer service. We are never going back to Walmart auto services until better training is provided to those employees.

Employees lie, the prices are conveniently low but I don't think I trust a place with my car if they're not even honest about hours of operations. A cashier told a customer it was too late to do an oil change and when the customer left he stated that was a lie, he just didn't feel like dealing with it. Well, a few months later I come in for an oil change and the guy tells me the same thing! Before 6pm! He explained "other customers" but with an empty waiting room, empty car bays and a pretty bare parking lot I put two&two together. Not that the workers care but I'll be taking my car somewhere else now.

I got an oil change here, and when they were putting the drain plug back in my oil pan, they cranked it so tight that it stripped, and not only did it just strip, but the threads in the oil pan were non existent. the threads were literally tangled between the helix of the bolt, the threads were ripped out of the oil pan completely and they never told me about it, so my car just bled oil until I had no oil left and had no idea. then when I took it back in months later for another oil change, they told me about the bold being stripped and pretended like they had nothing to do with it. don't go here, the technicians clearly have no clue what they're doing, they can't even screw in a bolt without causing hundreds of dollars in damage.

I had an excellent experience at the Auto Care Center today. I got a great deal on tires and the service was perfect. 1 hour in and out. Good work by you guys

I came here because oil changes for full synthetic are significantly cheaper than anywhere around town. I made an appointment, and my car was done after 30 minutes. I needed my engine air filter replaced, unfortunately walmart didn’t carry the one my car needed, but they allowed me to bring one in and change it for me for free on the spot. Kim was my cashier and she was amazing! all the staff were so friendly and so helpful. I will definitely be back for all my oil changes!
