DO NOT CHANGE YOUR OIL THERE!! I scheduled a oil change and I was there 15 minutes early, I get off my car and the employees were talking and they didn’t pay attention to me, I walked inside because maybe they were busy, I waited there for 10 minutes until the manager showed up and he was mad that nobody helped me, he started screaming to the employees IN FRONT OF ME, it was a very rude way to tell them something, I was scared because I knew they were going to do something to my car, when they gave me the car, the keys had oil, the door handle had oil, the steering wheel had oil and the visor had oil stains that I couldn’t take off, I feel bad they don’t have a good manager but that’s not a way of doing things, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!

My recent auto care visit was so hilarious! I do my shopping around and comparison before I make a purchase especially when it comes to a battery which is close to 180 to $200 well that said I was there and I was listening to the sales rep trying to sell a battery to a customer and the customer asked her what's the difference she had no question or no clue I stepped in and I told the customer what he should look for and how he should look for it and what his needs are and what he wants. Wow, I guess anybody can work for a Walmart there just looking for able bodies to take up space. Just telling you do your homework shop around because the people that want my have no idea what they're selling!!

Horrible experience. I went there to fix a flat tire that was covered by my warranty. I was there for 2.5 hours until I asked how long it takes to fix a flat and they said it was going to take longer because their compressor. No apologies for wasting my time. I asked them if I could come back later time when they weren't so busy and they said no. I would have to cancel and start the process again. I drove home with my 2 kids in the car and a flat tire.

Service was great they check everything and did everything I was supposed to be but the weight was around 1or 2 hours and when I called to see if my vehicle was ready they never answer the phone I called around five times just ringing and ringing

They didn't have the oil filter for a 2015 Mustang! Its only the most popular car in South Texas! And then, when I provide the $11 filter, they only going 2 knock off $2 for the service!🤬
