Do not ever go here. I called and was told that you can not go into the store and buy tires anymore come to find out that was a lie. So I went online and ordered the 2 tires that I needed and made the appointment. Mind you I needed 2 tires for a vehicle that I am currently working on and could not drive there so I put the wheels in the back of my truck. Got to Walmart and they say that they could not do the tires because I did not have the vehicle there to check in. So I went round and round with them and told them to check my truck in and do the tires that way and they said that they couldn't do that. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, because they do NOT even deserve 1 star. The people that work at this place are a bunch of lying lazy incompetent goons that will just tell you any lie they can just to get out of doing their job. We bought 2 tires online and paid to have them installed on 02-26-2026 and when we show up they have the nerve to tell us that we "shouldn't have ordered them like that", then they refuse to install the tires on the rims because we didn't have the vehicle with us that the tires were going on. We had to do it this way because the vehicle that goes with the tires is in the process of getting the engine replaced. Then another employee there told me spouse that he would have to pay again a second time to have the tires balanced. Which of coarse is completel

The auto center used to be a competitive and convenient option versus other franchises. Now they’ve switched to appointment style service. I just wanted to get my tire looked at and the employees didn’t want to add to the work load and wanted to set up an appointment for a service that would’ve taken 20 minutes max. Tires Plus took care of me instead.

I brought my used car that I just bought a week ago in for an oil change and tire repair and balancing as noted on our paperwork on Wednesday 11/26. On our way home, directly from the auto care center, our car started swaying heavily and almost flipped. My husband was able to pull to the side of the road, and only one tire had weights that we came in with. I immediately called when we got home to let them know what happened, as that was a huge liability on their part. The employee I spoke to was incredibly sympathetic and told us to come in on Friday 11/28 to speak with the manager. The manager was incredibly rude and blamed us in the notes for the problems, even though we have photo and video proof that the issue was caused by them. If I could give this place a negative Stars I would give it -5 Stars. Every time I come to this Walmart they never can fit me in for an oil change. Even though their website says walk-ins are welcome walk-ins are definitely not I repeat not welcome at this location. The attitude from the people inside the store to the employees working in the bay are less than friendly. When we was there there was absolutely only one car in the bays and no cars in the parking lot but yet they still could not fit us in sounds like to me we have lazy workers.
