Walmart Auto Care Center

First, I don’t expect much from lower level employees. Especially from a Walmart Auto center, but man these people are horrible. I drove up at 8:30 am ish and waited in my car until about 9 am (just on my phone). NO ONE came out to check on me or ask if I needed anything. It was ridiculous. I always have bad service here. Last time I paid for them to refill my washer fluid with my oil change and they never did it. To add insult to injury, the guy who I saw walking around literally looked at me as he shut the garage door and when he looked out the door. He STILL didn’t ask me if I needed anything. At this point I drove off and came to the Rowlett Auto Care center. In the last photo, you’ll see how they actually LOOK open and came out to me within 2 minutes. It’s sad and someone in managemen

I am thoroghly impressed with these 3 employees in the auto department at the Rockwall location on I-30: Jae, Candace, & Jordan. My mother-in-law & I came in for a battery replacement & installation, which we got, & Jordan was kind enough to help us find the battery that we needed, & install it himself right away, which we appreciate. When we first arrived to inquire about the battery that we needed, we noticed Jae on the phone with a customer. It truly amazed me how knowledgeable he was with answering her questions, & how patient & kind he was with her despite the time he was probably losing to get stuff done on his end. Candace helped us at the register when we purchased the battery. Knowing we were getting it installed here, she kindly informed us how long it might take, which enable

I’m actually extremely impressed with the professionalism and outcome of buying new tires and having them installed. The gentleman with the dreads was seamless in the whole transaction and install. Not even at dealerships or other automotive big stores have I had this type of competent process. That’s hard to find these days! Great job 👏🏼

I would call first. I made appointment put in all car info. When I got there they refused to replace battery. It’s a dodge and tire has to be removed and some plastic removed to get to battery. I knew this but they wouldn’t do it. At Firestone now. They will do it.

Waited 2 hours to get oil change because as the Appointments came in my car came out of the que. MAKE APPOINTMENT OTHERWISE WAIT. Service was great, staff apologize and explained. I got a long retail therapy session at Walmart Quinlan.
