More training may be needed. The wait time for new tires was overly exhausting. There were people who arrived after me, leaving before me. I couldn’t get a clear price with taxes, possibly because the system won’t show it until it’s time to pay. That’s not good because what if a person didn’t have enough? Unfortunately, I’d have to question the service. There was a really friendly sales associate helping towards the end of this long process. However, I would rather go elsewhere for service in the future. I change my own tires, no key needed( because I don’t have a tire lock). Yet, there was an initial issue about that. I was told to overlook that, assuming they had everything under control, only to be waiting another hour plus on TIRES. No oil change or anything. Tires. I honestly insisted

I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle every again. I took my vehicle up there to get a oil change. They brought my vehicle back out and my transmission fluid and oil was pouring out the bottom of my vehicle. I had another mechanic looked at my vehicle at my house and he said the over filled my truck with oil and they did some other things wrong as well. I will never ever go to Southaven, MS Walmart auto/tire center again. If I was anybody I would trust taking my vehicle to them for anything outside vehicle services.

I just had my tires replaced Thursday, July 24, 2025. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I am happy with my service and my tires were at a great low price for name brand. I was quoted outrageous prices from stores like Firestone, Peo boys, Midas, and more. I'm glad my size was available at Southaven MS walmart. Keep up the great work walmart autocenter Southcrest rd Sothaven, MS location !!! This is coming from a satisfied customer!!!🙂

Cancels my appointment via email then hangs up on me 3 times in a row while trying to reschedule it.

(LONG REVIEW) DO NOT COME HERE!! This is by far the worst place I’ve had my car serviced. I’m only giving this place a 1 star because I had to put something in order to leave a review. I am thankful for the short black guy in his 20s at the front counter. He discounted my service because they took almost 3 hours to change my tires. First off, they don’t answer their phones. They claim the phones are broken, but don’t have any plans to fix them. A nice lady from Walmart customer service had to walk back there just so I could get in touch with them, and see if they had my tires available. 2. I brought my Tesla here to get 2 tires replaced.
