Amazing experience today. Traveled from TN and had a flat tire a couple of hours after we arrived. They were able to get a new tire put on quickly and at a reasonable price. Very polite and friendly. Thank you Darrell and CJ.

Ordered and had new tires installed on two vehicles. Staff and service were excellent. Had a couple of issues with scheduled times and delivery, but there was a snowstorm and Walmart made it right

I got my oil changed at another Walmart location yesterday, today the oil light came on. I was right by Southport Walmart on the way to work and they were able to find the problem and have me out the door in my car in under an hour. Extremely appreciative of them today. Darrel, Lora and all the mechanics were phenomenal and a blessing!!!!

Had the 4 tires replaced on my wife's car. Walmart had a reasonable price for a good tire (Goodyear tires) and they also fixed the tire pressure monitoring system fault too. A few minor issues, but the auto dept manager took care of it and was very professional. I would trust these guys to work on my car again. By the way, I drove past the Shallotte Walmart all the way to Southport (45 minutes away) to have the Southport auto dept do the work. I recommend these guys.

Younger guy is usually as helpful as he can be but in general this place is just completely incompetent when it comes to almost anything. Ive had them put the wrong size tire on my car, give me the wrong weight oil, tell me they would have to remove the bumper of my car to put a headlight in . Seems like if something is even mildly difficult they just make up excuses to not do the work or they do it incorrectly and risk damaging my car . Whatever money or time you think you're saving by coming here isnt worth it. Also the older guy that other people have referenced in their reviews as being rude , is absolutely rude from the moment you speak to him . God forbid you even say hello to that guy he talks to you like you spit in his face. Literally go anywhere else to get your car worked on .
