Not the sub par auto care of years ago. The one in Union City, Tn. seems to be as professional as anywhere I've been. They are super busy like everywhere now days. They will get future business from me.... 4 months later I returned with something in my tire. Was told there were others in front of me. A simple tire repair should take 10 minutes. Man walked in 15 minutes after me carrying a tire. They fixed it and sent him on his way. They had one vehicle in the garage. Two guys changing the oil. Another watching. A lot of standing around. Messing with cell phones. Poor poor service. I guess I'll pay someone else to fix my tire even though I bought road hazard. Really can't recommend them at this point.

I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13TH 2024. A VACUUM WAS USED TO SUCK OIL FROM MY OIL DIP-STICK TUBE, AND I ENDED UP WITH A SEVERE OIL LEAK, IN WHICH WALMART CLAIMS EXPRESSED TO ME TODAY, ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 12TH, 2025, THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR. THIS IS TO WARN CUSTOMERS TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO YOUR VEHICLE SERVICES AT WALMART OR ANY WHERE ELSE YOU GO! THESE UNPRACTICAL WAYS TO CUT CORNERS OR JUST LAZINESS IS WHAT HAPPENS. I have come here three different times now for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I have yet to get the service because each time the wait is an hour and a half long "at least". But the bays aren't full. What are the two guys doing? Really sucks and very inconvenient.

Don't take your car or truck here to get serviced I have had nothing but bad luck with them. First i bought new tires for my wife's car and a couple weeks later i noticed they put two different sizes on it had to take back hen i took my wife's old car for new tires before i sold it and they broke my center cap and when i brought it to there attention they said it was old and weak Bullshit i watched the guy beat and beat on it until it went on Hello if you don't allign the holes right it won't go on.. then i took my truck for a oil change on 6/25/15 and watched the kid burn up my clutch he tried to drive it with the Emergency Brake on and he didn't give up easy he just kept on giving more and more gas and another kid stood by when i started yelling and told me if i didn't like it to take m
