Walmart Auto Center Entrance

I had a terrible experience at this Walmart location. It took over three hours to replace just four tires, which is completely unacceptable. It honestly felt like the employees didn’t want to work. They were walking around, talking to each other, looking at random cars, but not actually doing the job. On top of that, they kept looking for any excuse to say “we can’t do it” instead of trying to help or move things forward. If you have a lot, and I mean a LOT of free time, maybe this place is for you. Otherwise, go anywhere else. You’ll be treated better and won’t waste 3–4 hours just to get four tires installed. Very disappointing.

I visited the auto center to get a quote on tires and Al was amazing! He knew his stuff and explained all my options! Best customer service I have received at any Walmart.

Terrible customer service waited 20 minutes for the girl to walk up. Told her my tire size which is one of the most common tire sizes available. Said there was none available in store, wouldn't look up anything for me to see availability just completely useless. Don't waste your time. This woman should even have a job here, Went down the street to big o. Tires and got 2 tires mounted.

These idiots kept me waiting for 2.5 hours until they said we can’t find our tool !!!!
