Wash-N-Go Car Wash

I have been using Wash N Go in Cadillac for several years. While the pre-wash done by staff has always been subpar, I continued using them out of convenience. In December, I went through the car wash and equipment struck my windshield, causing a completely smashed area and a large crack across the front windshield. I immediately pulled around to the office and reported what happened. I was asked to fill out a damage report, and staff took photos of the damage. The office manager reviewed the video footage and told me he clearly saw where it happened and that the company would be in touch within a week to take care of it. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I repeatedly followed up both by phone and by stopping in three separate times, but was never given an answer or a contact name or nu

I initially bought my monthly membership in Cadillac but also use the Traverse City locations. If you only get two washes a month you've covered your monthly membership. But you can have your vehicle washed everyday if you wish. I have the Ultimate wash and my truck comes out clean and shiny everytime. They also have free vacuums available too! It's a great value for keeping your vehicle looking good!!!

Friendly, local company. One of the hip-height spindle centers contacts lower edge of my passenger mirror. Nothing but washing brushes should be touching a customers vehicle. Vacuums frequently have low/weak suction. Would appreciate washcloths and soap spray like Club Car of St. Louis provides. Fair price for service.

I've washed here since the being or close, 5 years I've had nothing but A+ interaction with staff , I've seen some equipment down, I've been though and had to go thru again. They are good people at this wash and in my 5 years nothing absolutely nothing bad to say. All my cars an trucks are black. To the team here i say thank you.

Wow this place is amazing. With i had one near my house. I was traveling from out of town and desperately needed a wash. It was just what I needed. Affordable and quality. They even power washed down my care before I went through the wash. Awesome!
