Waves Car Wash Milford

Waves provides the ultimate in car washes. My car exited the wash in showroom condition. WOW describes it best ! Didn't end there as they also offer free with wash additional amenities such as a powerful vacuum, air hose, glass cleaner AND free use of clean towels for use. I've patronized many washes in my time but none provided use of a dryer for those nooks and cranies (grill etc.) and a towel !! Previously I always would bring my own towels but on this day on a whim I decided to take advantage of my initial free wash but remembered that I didn't bring my towels. What a surprise to find out Waves supply them for free as previously mentioned. So impressed with this that it was worth mentioning twice. Do yourself and your car a favor by catching a Wave. For the first time yesterday i went to get my car washed at this place. I just picked the $20 option. The lady that was there working was very hostile and rude. She wasn’t smiling or welcoming just waving at me to turn more to the left but i was confused because other car washes ive been too were just those where you slowly bring your car in. I was un aware i had to put it in neutral or even put my left tire in that slot. She made a face as if she was fed up and approached my car so I put my window down, she was talking and then reached, moved my steering wheel and then was telling me to accelerate etc but in a rude tone. Today was my first time ever using a car wash. What a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, the wash was quick and thorough, and the wait time was barely a few minutes. In dirty, out clean, and so efficient!

Wave Car Wash has been nothing short of amazing. All of the attendants are incredibly helpful — from getting you checked in at the scanner, to the attention to detail during the cleaning, to assisting customers with anything they need. The entire facility is spotless, including the bathrooms, which says a lot about how well this place is run. The manager, MJ (Madison), leads an outstanding team.
