West Ashley Truck & Car Wash

I am a native of Charleston my whole life. I've used this car wash many times in the past, but it's been a while. My truck needed a quick wash off after driving in the rain for Uber today. I get back home and find a $10 charge on my account, but I only used it for 4 minutes. Too bad there's wasn't a Tommy's Express nearby!

Rarely works. If the sprayer works, the brush won't. On some...nothing works and there is no way to get your money back from the machine. No one was at the car wash or laundromat next door. Soap, cleaner, wax, etc. (when it actually makes it through the hose to mix with the trickle of water) isn't enough to handle cleaning a dog bowl, much less a whole car. Vacuums, if they are working at the time, couldn't pick up a dust bunny from a hardwood floor, so don't even try to get any dirt or debris from your carpet. The drainage is apparently clogged, the bays have a horrible stagnant water smell. This needs to be fixed by the owner or torn down.

RIP-OFF! I was charged $10 but my service ended at $6 and some change, which was still too much. $10 can pay for half of a MONTHLY subscription for a wash club with towels and free vacuums! NEVER AGAIN!

Everything worked fine until the final rinse, nothing but dirty water came out, had to wash my truck again when I got home, very disappointed for $12 to just spray muddy water back on my vehicle

Just like others comments....READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. $12.75 for maybe a 7 minute wash. It said to deposit $4 dollars. Swipe my card and When I finished I hit the button to turn it off. I saw a charge of $10 from White Horse but figured after a day it would correct itself. Nope not even close. How do business owners sleep at night.
