We never receive good service from west here the BMW dealer ship priced tires for me and when I questioned the price they told me if I could find a better price they would match. Why would I shop prices And not deal with the company that offered it to me

In 12 months, I’ve had two vehicles fail miserably. I’ve had an horrible experience with both vehicles. Between my wife and I, we have spent a small fortune at this dealership. I thought I was getting help after I had issues with the first vehicle, but I was mistaken. Right now I have a 2023 gladiator Rubicon sitting in my driveway that has been in the service department at least four times for engine problems. On the day I took delivery of this thing, every engine light showed up on the dashboard. But I’m a fool and left the dealership anyways. The sales team had the audacity to let me know that the engine codes popped up because they filled up the gas tank while the engine was running. Most would’ve walked away. Since this is the only way I can get any type of resolution I guess I'll leave a review. I called in July for issues with my air conditioning as well as the defrost. I called back the next day to report issues with my transmission that was already worked on in 2023 as well as an issue with the engine. Upon my arrival to my appointment August 19th nothing about the engine or transmission was written up. So they couldn't look at it. I called to make an appointment AGAIN to have it looked at and was told I'd have to wait till the middle of September at one location I asked for another and the when I was told the time I said that did not work for me I work a full time time I was transferred to a service agent who didn't answer I left a message and here we are 24 hours later no return call.
