West Herr Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Orchard Park Service and Parts

Had my wife’s car towed to WestHerr for warranty work on a bad water pump. Staff were very polite and professional at all times. After the water pump replacement and coolant flush car was given back to my wife. Some time later I noticed that the engine was running hotter than normal as well as the engine fan running hard. Popped open the hood and notice that I barely had any coolant in my reservoir!! Before you leave the lot double check everything yourself, don’t be complacent like I was.

Inspection and small repair… The process was very streamlined going from check-in to checkout. It was great that they use a link to video To walk you through what they see with the car and recommendations as well as a link to approve any repairs. The team was very friendly and easy to work with.

I will never bring my vehicle back here again. I'm disgusted at the lack of professionalism the girl by the name of Jessica had. I came in about 2-3 weeks ago. I didn't even know she worked there until she started talking to me about what I needed because she had a small child with her. I honestly thought she was a person like me. I'm a elementary school teacher and took the day off to get my oil changed and an inspection. After she walked away I waited and over heard her speaking to another girl about one of the men working in the back, I assume a mechanic. The things I over heard her say was disgusting and not appropriate especially in front of a child. I didnt realize that west herr allows their employees to have their children work with them. Never take your vehicle here for service. Terrible experience and I have zero faith or trust in them whatsoever. Edit: apparently they forwarded this complaint to the service manager as an attempt to look like they care. I have heard absolutely nothing from them... so in reality they do not care. So my original post applies. Go elsewhere. I have had exactly 5 horrendous experiences with west herr and they never change. Probably because they do not actually care about thier customers at all.
