My lease end was approaching and I decided I wanted to get my first truck! I also wanted to try a new dealership. I ended up with a bright orange Chevy Colorado from West Herr Orchard Park, and I absolutely love it! But I love the service and care I have received at West Herr Collision Center- Orchard Park, even more! Unfortunately only a couple weeks after getting her, I backed up over what I thought was a harmless snow pile but turned out to be solid ice! My front bumper was practically ripped off. Kylie at the body shop did a fantastic job on my car. She went above and beyond to make my this 2022 look brand new. There were a few scratches and scuffs which is to be expected with the purchase of a used car but when I came in to pick it up they were all gone! The car was waiting for me looking like it had never been driven! All scratches and scuffs completely gone! Paint glistening like a brand new car. I could not have been more thrilled. I am very grateful!
