Subpar performance by everyone. 3hrs for an oil change and inspection. After the estimated time of 1 hour, I was informed I must pay $150 for brake lube. After 30 plus years of owning several cars, I have never been forced to have my brakes lubed. After I reluctantly gave in to these demands, I was told it would be another hour. That time came and went. Then I was told my check engine light just came on…. Magically. It was going to cost another $300 to have a sensor replaced. At this point, I refused and demand my car back and not to be charged the ill gotten lubricant fee. Of course it was met with ignorance and refusal. Now at the 3 hour mark my car was ready. I really appreciated the great service I got. I got general maintenance done to my car. Because life is so crazy, I showed up a week early for my appointment. They figured out a way to get me in without even asking! Both associates I worked with were so nice and my car was done before the time they estimated! Oil changes and inspections for a car is just another life chore that you have to do and it is so nice that they made it quick and seamless all while fixing my error! It is really appreciated when a company respects your free time especially when it feels like we have so little of it!

I was greeted with a pleasant smile. The Service department was very friendly and courteous. I had dropped my vehicle off for emergency repair on a Friday evening and I had my car back by Wednesday. Thats taking into consideration, bad weather, getting parts, and fixing the vehicle. Very thankful they moved right along in getting me back into my vehicle.

Steven was helpful, made me aware of prices I may encounter including deductible with warranty. Next price I was quoted was less 😁. Then I was told for my spring replacement I had no payment. Completed within an hour. Happy customer here and with Steve!
