First time coming to West Tire and from the door it was nothing but great service. I had scheduled an oil change with tire rotation. Arrived few minutes before and upon entering I was greeted by several employees. I felt very welcomed and had a concern about a leak in a tire and they happily added that to my apt. They were steady with customers and I was in and out of there in an hr. Hard to find shops that take pride in their work. This is a shop that does just that! I will be returning!!!

After being advised at the Car Wash that I had a bad bubble on my front tire I immediately went to West tire to have it checked out. Jack and the girls at West Tire looked at the tire and said they had never seen such a bad bubble And recommended that I not drive on it any further. After ordering the run flat tire and installing it, I was good to go. Thank you West Tire.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Totally, completely recommend West Tire and Auto Center!!! A month ago I was returning home from a trip to Indiana - about 300 miles still to go. Unexpectedly I experienced low tire pressure which was most concerning as I’d just gotten new tires the week before. After pulling off the highway twice to add air and still same issue, I anxiously pulled off the highway to call roadside service. In a moment of clarity, I took a chance to google nearby tire places and blessedly found West Tire and only about a mile from where I was sitting. I couldn’t believe my luck! I called and they were able to fit me in. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose the issue but also fully repaired it in short time too. It's a little late. I made my appointment for an hour to buy a pair of tires and I left two hours later, but the girl's service seemed excellent. Maybe that's the time or there were several repairs that day, and the inventory they show is the real one. I liked it and I would recommend it. There's a waiting room with coffee available and a large TV. Despite being Hispanic, the treatment was excellent, there was no discrimination whatsoever. I would recommend it 100 percent.

I created my appointment online and decided to wait there while they looked at my tire. There’s a comfortable waiting area and it didn’t take long at all. I was in and out during my lunch hour. Will go there again. My issue was my driver’s front tire had a slow leak. They found a broken screw in my tire.
